Job description
**Job Title: Talent Acquisition Operations Lead**
Take charge of developing and implementing strategies for Talent Acquisition systems, processes, and tools, while guiding a team of operations personnel. Manage onboarding processes, maintain vendor partnerships, and ensure adherence to federal contracting regulations, including OFCCP and EEO standards. A Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience is essential, alongside a minimum of 5 years in Talent Acquisition and 2 years in a managerial role. Candidates should possess familiarity with enterprise ATS/CRM platforms and a robust understanding of compliance in federal government contracting.
