Job Summary
The Manager plays a crucial role in assisting the General Manager with the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. This position focuses on various aspects including staff training, inventory management, and monitoring financial performance. The Manager ensures that customer service, food quality, and sanitation standards are upheld across multiple restaurant locations.
Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager in the oversight of daily restaurant functions.

- Manage and control inventory to optimize stock levels.

Qualifications
- A minimum of one year of management experience in the restaurant industry.
- A valid Driver’s License is mandatory.
- Certification in Manager Food Safety is required within the first month of employment.
