Job description
**Quality Manager**
The Quality Manager leads the quality department and upholds the quality management system to meet the company’s objectives and fulfill customer requirements. This role involves working closely with the purchasing and engineering teams, managing both internal and external audits, as well as overseeing supplier quality assurance initiatives. Ideal candidates should possess either an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business or a relevant discipline, or have a minimum of ten years of related experience. Expertise in ISO management, the ability to interpret mechanical drawings, and a strong set of leadership and problem-solving abilities are essential for success in this position.
