Job Summary
The Manager, Risk Operations & Claims is responsible for supervising claims administration, safety programs, and the retail administrative operations aimed at reducing organizational risk. This position involves leading the Retail Administration team and collaborating with various departments to enhance processes and guarantee adherence to operational standards.

- Oversee the administration of claims and safety programs.
- Lead the Retail Administration team effectively.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in claims management, risk operations, or a related field.
- At least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong expertise in handling workers’ compensation and liability claims.
