Manufacturing Associates play a crucial role in executing assembly, fabrication, or painting duties while ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety protocols. They are required to keep up with production schedules, carry out equipment setup, and apply 5S practices to foster a productive workspace. Ideal candidates should possess prior experience in a shop or manufacturing setting, including knowledge of CNC operations, steel fabrication, or welding. The position demands the capability to lift weights of up to 45 lbs, adaptability to various shift schedules, and a keen eye for detail.
