Job Summary
The Manufacturing Engineering Technician plays a vital role in the production process, utilizing technical skills to assist engineers in designing and improving manufacturing systems. This position focuses on implementing effective manufacturing solutions, enhancing process efficiency, and maintaining quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Support engineers in the development and improvement of manufacturing processes.
- Conduct analyses and provide technical assistance in evaluating manufacturing equipment.
- Collaborate in troubleshooting production issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Assist in the preparation of detailed documentation and reports regarding manufacturing procedures.
- Participate in the testing and validation of new manufacturing methods.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the production process.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Manufacturing Technology or a related field.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a technical support role.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and systems.
- Proficient in the use of manufacturing software and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
