**Job Title: Manufacturing Process Technician**
The Manufacturing Process Technician plays a crucial role in the upkeep, enhancement, and ongoing improvement of automated manufacturing systems and assembly lines. This position involves diagnosing electrical and control problems, conducting root cause analyses, and ensuring that production processes adhere to established quality and efficiency benchmarks. Applicants should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting, ideally with a focus on electronics. Candidates must demonstrate strong practical skills in PLC programming, automation troubleshooting, and structured problem-solving techniques.
