**Market Sales Manager**
The Market Sales Manager plays a critical role in steering and cultivating a sales team across various locations to drive business expansion and meet sales targets. This position involves managing sales strategies at the market level, monitoring team performance, and guaranteeing the efficient implementation of marketing and sales initiatives. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree or comparable experience in the agronomic sector, alongside 2-4 years of leadership experience. Furthermore, candidates need to have 2-3 years of experience in external sales and must be able to work on-site within the United States.
