Marketing Specialist Overview:
As a Marketing Specialist, you will support the development and execution of marketing communication strategies to promote products, services, and brand awareness. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content, manage marketing campaigns, and maintain brand consistency across various channels. Marketing Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing communication strategies to achieve marketing objectives and targets.
  • Create compelling marketing content, including written copy, graphics, and multimedia assets, for various channels such as websites, social media, email, and print.
  • Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials, ensuring accuracy, quality, and brand consistency.
  • Assist in managing marketing campaigns, including scheduling, tracking, and reporting on campaign performance metrics.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Support the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and other promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product management, and creative services, to align marketing communication efforts with business goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Must be willing to travel for training and team activities located in Peachtree City, GA
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing communications, digital marketing, or a related role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and compelling messages.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and content management systems.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality in all aspects of work.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite). Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and metrics.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms.
  • Understanding of branding principles and brand management strategies.
