Job description
The technician will be responsible for servicing, repairing, and retrofitting hardware on autonomous electric vehicles while keeping detailed records of all activities and challenges encountered. This role involves working closely with engineering teams to identify and resolve intricate electrical and mechanical issues, ensuring the safety and efficiency of the fleet. Applicants should possess 4-8 years of experience in the automotive field, with strong skills in electrical and mechanical systems as well as diagnostic tools. The position demands the capacity to travel extensively, up to 100% of the time, and to undertake physical duties, including lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
