Job Summary
The position requires a Mechanical Structural Engineer at Level 3 or 4 based in Dulles, Virginia. The role is part of the East Engineering Vehicle and Mechanical Engineering team, which emphasizes collaboration and innovation in structural analysis.
Responsibilities
- Engage in structural analysis and design functions associated with mechanical systems.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop engineering solutions.
- Contribute to projects while ensuring compliance with engineering standards and best practices.
- Utilize advanced engineering principles to solve complex structural challenges.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in mechanical structural engineering. Alternatively, candidates with a Master’s Degree and 3+ years of experience or a PhD are also encouraged to apply.
- Proficient understanding of structural analysis and design methodologies.
- Strong teamwork skills to foster an effective collaborative environment.
