Job description
**Job Title: Medical Assistant**
The Medical Assistant is tasked with preparing patients for their examinations, conducting phlebotomy and laboratory tasks, and providing support to healthcare providers during minor surgeries. Additionally, this role includes the upkeep of medical records, sterilization of instruments, and ensuring adherence to OSHA standards. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED along with a certificate from an accredited Medical Assistant program. National certification (CCMA) and BLS/CPR certification are mandatory, with a preference for candidates who have experience in family medicine, pediatrics, or obstetrics/gynecology.
