The Medical Director is responsible for guiding the veterinary staff, providing mentorship to associate veterinarians, and cultivating a supportive hospital environment while upholding exceptional medical care standards. This role includes collaborating with hospital management to drive growth strategies and enhance operational effectiveness. Applicants must possess a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited school and have an active veterinary license in Oregon. Prior leadership experience or a keen interest in veterinary management is highly desirable.
