Job description
The Medical Director will be responsible for guiding and supporting a team of veterinarians and support personnel, ensuring exceptional standards in both medical and surgical care. Additionally, this role will collaborate with the hospital leadership to promote growth, nurture a cooperative environment, and oversee strategic projects. Applicants should have a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree and either an active or eligible veterinary license for Arkansas. A background in leadership or mentoring is advantageous, along with proficiency in surgical and medical practices.
