The Medical Director is responsible for supervising clinical operations, diagnosing and treating veterans, and ensuring exemplary clinical outcomes at the CBOC. This role includes managing clinic staff, overseeing financial performance, and building collaborative relationships with VA partners. Applicants should possess a Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree and be board certified in family or internal medicine. A minimum of four years of experience in clinical medical practice combined with healthcare management expertise is preferred, alongside appropriate licensure and DEA registration.
