The Medical Director is responsible for guiding and mentoring a team of veterinarians while providing top-notch small animal veterinary care and surgical services. This role involves collaboration with hospital leadership to maintain high standards of medical practice, promote a positive workplace environment, and facilitate the development of the practice. Applicants should possess a DVM or VMD degree from an accredited veterinary institution and have a valid veterinary license in Florida. A minimum of 5 years of experience in small animal clinical practice is preferred, alongside prior leadership or mentorship experience.
