Job Summary
The Clinical Laboratory Scientist is responsible for a range of technical, clerical, and quality assurance tasks within the laboratory environment. This role requires independent work and includes acting as a resource for team members while supervising Senior Lab Assistants.
Responsibilities
- Conduct various technical procedures and analyses within the laboratory.
- Perform clerical duties associated with laboratory operations.
- Maintain quality assurance processes to ensure accurate results.
- Provide guidance and support to laboratory staff and oversee Senior Lab Assistants.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field is required.
- Possession of a valid California Clinical Laboratory Scientist License.
- Preferred candidates will have at least one year of relevant laboratory experience.
