Job Summary
The Medical Machine Operator plays a critical role in our manufacturing facility in Thomasville, Georgia. This position focuses on enhancing operational efficiency through constant improvement of people, processes, and products. The operator will be responsible for overseeing the operation of machinery and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC and manual machining equipment in accordance with established protocols.
- Monitor production processes to maintain high quality and efficiency.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or production issues to the Supervisor or Engineering team.
- Collaborate with team members to implement operational improvements.
Qualifications
- Experience working with CNC or manual machinery in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong understanding of machining processes and quality assurance standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
