Job Summary
This position involves the development and management of reinforcement learning environments specifically tailored to enhance multi-step clinical reasoning. Responsibilities

Qualifications
- A PhD or a minimum of three years of hands-on research experience in reinforcement learning.
- Proficient in Python and familiar with PyTorch and the Transformers ecosystem.
- Experience in calibrating reward functions and evaluating learning agents.
