**Job Title: Mental Health Technician**
The role of the Mental Health Technician involves delivering direct care and support to patients, working under the guidance of a registered nurse. This position entails overseeing patients, fostering therapeutic relationships, and helping to execute recovery plans. Applicants are required to hold a high school diploma or its equivalent and must have BLS certification at the time of hiring. Experience in psychiatric or healthcare environments is advantageous, and candidates should be prepared to secure CPI certification within 90 days of employment.
