Job description
**Mobile Diesel Technician II**
The Mobile Diesel Technician II is tasked with executing routine preventive maintenance, conducting DOT inspections, and carrying out a range of mechanical repairs from light to advanced levels on various vehicles, including light, medium, and heavy-duty types. This role involves diagnosing mechanical issues, overseeing parts inventory on a service truck, and accurately recording all completed work using company software applications. Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, or alternatively, 5 years of experience in a similar field. A valid driver’s license, specifically a Class C license, is mandatory, along with the ability to successfully clear a DOT-required background check and physical examination.
