Job description
The Lead will oversee team members, create work schedules, and guarantee the execution of individualized service plans for clients. This role includes managing everyday operations, facilitating staff meetings, and fostering a safe, stimulating atmosphere for individuals with disabilities. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in a human services discipline or a minimum of two years of applicable experience.
