Job Summary
The position of MS RN is critical in providing exceptional patient care within a medical-surgical environment. The role requires a skilled registered nurse who is dedicated to delivering high-quality medical assistance and support to patients experiencing a variety of health challenges. The candidate will be expected to bring professionalism and a comprehensive understanding of nursing practices to ensure the well-being of patients while collaborating effectively with other healthcare team members.
Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care by assessing individual patient needs and formulating appropriate care plans.
- Administer medications and treatment procedures as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Monitor patient progress and respond effectively to changes in condition, including recognizing emergencies.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and post-discharge instructions.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to enhance patient care and develop collaborative treatment strategies.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Experience in a medical-surgical setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients and families.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
