Job Title: Community Operations Manager
In this role, you will supervise the daily functions of various communities, providing leadership and guidance to on-site teams. Responsibilities include managing resident accounts, liaising with contractors, and overseeing financial tasks such as budgets and invoices. Candidates should have previous experience in the multi-family housing sector and possess a high school diploma or GED. A valid Pennsylvania driver’s license and dependable transportation are essential, while a Pennsylvania Real Estate License is highly desirable.
