This position also focuses on delivering outstanding customer service to residents, organizing lease documentation, and supporting marketing efforts and community operations. Applicants should possess a High School Diploma or GED, excellent communication and sales abilities, and ideally have prior experience in leasing or property management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software is also beneficial.
