Job Summary
The City of Middletown is seeking a Network Administrator who will take charge of the organization’s network infrastructure. This role includes ensuring the functionality and security of local area networks, while also integrating cybersecurity best practices across all operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain the city’s network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
- Implement and uphold cybersecurity measures throughout the network.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure network reliability and security.
- Manage network assets and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Qualifications
- A degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Alternatively, a combination of education and experience in network security may be acceptable.
