**Job Title: Occupational Therapist**
The Occupational Therapist is responsible for performing patient assessments, creating personalized treatment plans, and delivering expert care aimed at enhancing patient autonomy. This role includes tracking patient progress, ensuring precise clinical documentation, and working closely with a multidisciplinary team. Applicants must have graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy program and possess a valid Occupational Therapist license in Michigan. Excellent clinical and communication abilities are essential, and prior experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation environments is preferred.
