Job description
**Nurse Manager**
The Nurse Manager is responsible for overseeing resources to ensure top-notch patient care in accordance with nursing standards, while also handling the financial and operational aspects of the Cath Lab. This position involves a 24-hour accountability for the unit, including the delegation of tasks and promoting an environment of clinical excellence. Applicants must possess a degree from an accredited nursing program, a valid California Registered Nurse License, and certification in Basic Life Support (BLS). A minimum of three years of clinical experience in an acute care setting, along with three years of managerial experience in healthcare, is required for this role.
