Job description
**Nurse Manager**
The Nurse Manager oversees the deployment of patient care delivery systems and adherence to established practice standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. This role entails managing unit operations, which includes financial planning, staff training and development, and fostering cross-departmental collaboration to guarantee safe and exceptional patient care. Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and maintain a valid California Registered Nurse license. Additionally, candidates must bring a minimum of five years of experience in patient care along with at least four years in a leadership position.
