**Staff RN**
The Staff RN delivers expert nursing care as a key member of the healthcare team, applying the nursing process to create and execute tailored care plans for patients. This role includes monitoring patient outcomes, upholding safety standards, and ensuring precise documentation, all while working alongside physicians and other healthcare professionals. Applicants must have a valid Registered Nurse license in California and hold Basic Life Support certification. Additionally, a minimum of six months of experience in an acute or sub-acute care setting within the past three years is essential, along with a strong understanding of basic arrhythmia.
