Job Summary
We are on the lookout for a skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our reputable team in Sandy, Utah. This role involves focusing on internal medicine, diabetes management, and endocrine issues. The candidate should have significant experience with managing complex medical cases in adult patients.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care for adults with medical complexities.
- Manage patients with diabetes through effective treatment planning.
- Interpret laboratory findings and modify treatment protocols accordingly.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, particularly in internal medicine and endocrinology.
- Certification as a diabetes educator (CDCES) is preferred, alongside qualifications as a registered dietitian or Master’s degree in a related field.
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively educate and interact with patients.
- Ability to work onsite and engage with a collaborative medical team.
