Job Summary
This position involves overseeing and delivering educational, simulation, and onboarding initiatives aimed at improving clinical skills and critical thinking among team members. The specialist will also focus on patient and family-centered care while promoting the application of safety protocols throughout various CentraCare Health facilities.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and lead education, simulation, and onboarding programs for staff.
- Enhance clinical skills and critical thinking competencies within the team.
- Deliver care that is centered on patients and their families.
- Ensure adherence to safety practices across CentraCare Health entities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing required.
- Possession of a current Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- A minimum of three years of clinical experience is necessary.
- At least two years of experience in professional development or instructional roles.
