Job description
The Nutrition Services Aide plays a key role in preparing specialized and modified diets for patients, ensuring that food is maintained at appropriate temperatures and adheres to sanitation regulations. Responsibilities include assisting with the organization and delivery of patient trays, managing menu requirements, and keeping designated workspaces clean. Applicants should ideally have a food handler’s permit as mandated by local laws and experience in cooking for institutions or special events. Familiarity with therapeutic diet preparation and food safety protocols is highly desirable.
