The role involves assessing, developing treatment strategies, and providing exceptional hand therapy services to individuals with upper extremity issues. You will oversee therapy assistants, engage in case management activities, and foster collaborative relationships with the facility team. Candidates must have graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy program, hold current national certification, and possess state licensure. Additionally, a minimum of one year of recent hand therapy experience or completion of a Level 2 hand rotation is required.
