Job description
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is tasked with delivering direct care to patients, which encompasses medication administration, vital signs assessment, and support with daily living activities. In addition, they provide education to patients and their families and oversee the upkeep of medical equipment and supplies. Applicants must have a valid LPN license in Wisconsin and reliable means of transportation. Furthermore, a current tuberculosis (TB) certification is necessary for this position.
