Job Summary

The Office Receptionist role within the Family Medicine department is essential for ensuring a smooth and efficient front office operation. This position involves managing patient interactions, scheduling appointments, and addressing inquiries to promote a welcoming environment for patients and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and visitors with a friendly demeanor.
  • Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments efficiently.
  • Maintain patient records and update information as required.
  • Assist with billing processes and insurance verifications.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
