**Order Fulfillment Processing Lead**
The Order Fulfillment Processing Lead is responsible for managing the daily functions of the fulfillment team, ensuring that the processes of picking, packing, and auditing align with client service level agreements. This role includes training team members, forecasting workforce needs, and upholding a safe and effective warehouse environment. Candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years in warehousing or light industrial roles, with previous leadership experience being advantageous. Applicants are required to be at least 18 years old and must be able to undertake physical duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
