Job description
The Sterile Processing Operations Manager will be responsible for performing thorough high-level disinfection (HLD) workflow evaluations and compliance reviews at 16 locations to pinpoint potential risks and develop appropriate action plans. This role will also involve facilitating the standardization of operational protocols and managing training for specific equipment to enhance operational efficiency. Candidates are required to possess a Central Service Tech certification or be able to obtain one within 180 days of starting. A high school diploma combined with 3 years of relevant experience, an associate or bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience, or a total of 7 years in specialized experience is mandatory.
