Operator Assistants are responsible for preparing skids, packaging finished products, and assisting line operators. They also perform general plant housekeeping duties to maintain a clean work environment. Candidates must be reliable, organized, and possess the ability to read, write, and communicate clearly. Proficiency in reading a measuring tape and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are required.
