**Job Title: Manufacturing Operator**
The Manufacturing Operator is tasked with the setup and troubleshooting of production equipment, ensuring that products conform to technical specifications. This role also involves inventory management, conducting quality control inspections, and mentoring junior staff. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification, along with a minimum of two years of experience in a manufacturing setting. The position necessitates the ability to operate in elevated temperature conditions and lift weights of up to 50 lbs.
