The paralegal will support attorneys in handling workers’ compensation cases from the initial intake to final resolution. This role involves preparing legal documents, organizing case files, and liaising with clients, insurance companies, and opposing legal representatives, as well as keeping track of litigation schedules. Ideal candidates should possess experience as a paralegal specifically in workers’ compensation law and be well-versed in Kentucky’s legal procedures. A degree in Paralegal Studies or a similar field at the associate’s or bachelor’s level is preferred, alongside competency in legal software applications.
