The Parts Sales Manager is responsible for enhancing sales performance at our store while cultivating a high-achieving team that delivers outstanding customer service. This position entails overseeing operations, developing team members, and carrying out store functions effectively to achieve company objectives. Applicants should exhibit strong leadership qualities, integrity, and sound decision-making abilities, along with the capacity to work a flexible full-time schedule. A background in automotive retail and ASE certification are strongly preferred.
