**Homeowners Insurance Specialist**
The Homeowners Insurance Specialist plays a pivotal role in promoting and managing homeowners insurance policies, fostering enduring client relationships. This position involves overseeing policy renewals, engaging in negotiations with insurance carriers, and cultivating referral networks to enhance business expansion. Applicants should possess a Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license and have a minimum of 2 years of experience within the insurance sector. A high school diploma or GED is mandatory, alongside excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
