Job description
**Registered Behavior Technician**
Registered Behavior Technicians deliver personalized 1:1 ABA therapy to clients under the oversight of a BCBA, executing tailored treatment plans and behavior management techniques. Key responsibilities include gathering behavioral data, ensuring precise documentation, and working collaboratively with caregivers and clinical teams. Candidates are required to possess a High School Diploma or an equivalent qualification and must secure RBT certification within 90 days of employment. Prior experience with children, especially those with developmental disabilities, is advantageous, along with the physical capability to perform tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds.
