Job Summary
The Branch Sales Associate plays a vital role in delivering exceptional product guidance and customer support to HVAC/R industry professionals. This position entails managing order processing and overseeing inventory while also contributing to warehouse functions, such as the reception of goods and ensuring the safety and organization of the workspace.
Responsibilities
- Provide knowledgeable product recommendations and customer service to HVAC/R professionals.
- Manage order processing and uphold inventory accuracy.
- Assist in warehouse operations including the receipt of merchandise.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A minimum of one year of experience in customer service is necessary.
- Strong organizational abilities and skills are essential.
- Capability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds is required.
- Familiarity with HVAC/R products and services is important.
