**Job Title: Stylist**
The Stylist plays a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, aiding clients in selecting gowns, coordinating appointments, and establishing enduring relationships. In addition, this position entails operational responsibilities, including visual merchandising, upholding store standards, and reaching personal and team sales targets. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, accompanied by 1-2 years of previous retail experience in clothing or specialty stores. Familiarity with computerized POS systems is preferred, along with the capacity to stand for long durations and lift items weighing up to 25 pounds.
