**Job Title: Spiritual and Emotional Support Specialist**
Deliver emotional and spiritual guidance to patients, families, and staff while working alongside multidisciplinary teams to promote overall wellbeing. Organize rituals, memorial services, and serve as an advocate for individual needs within a nurturing and inclusive setting. Applicants must possess an undergraduate or graduate degree in a human services discipline, including counseling, psychology, or social work. A minimum of two years of experience in pastoral care is required, along with a valid unrestricted driver’s license.
