The Patient Care Representative plays a vital role in delivering exceptional assistance and support to patients, ensuring a seamless experience throughout their healthcare journey. This position involves direct interaction with patients to address inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide essential information regarding services and policies.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with scheduling and confirming appointments.
- Respond to patient inquiries with accurate and timely information.
- Manage patient records and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Provide support for insurance verification and assist patients with claim processes.

Qualifications
