Job Summary
The Site Administrator is accountable for overseeing financial processes, aiding Human Resources, coordinating iERG events, managing information systems, and organizing leadership and community activities. The role demands quick adaptation to PMO systems and procedures while facilitating collaboration across different departments and effectively presenting information to diverse audiences.
Responsibilities
- Manage financial operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of Markview and site expense reports, along with overseeing capital expenditures and ordering site supplies.
- Support Human Resources by updating organizational charts, coordinating biometric screenings, flu shots, and benefits meetings as required.
- Assist the iERGs in organizing meetings and providing necessary supplies, food, and prizes.
- Handle information management tasks such as updating leadership dashboards, forecasting PMO orders of up to $5M, and maintaining databases and contact charts.
- Facilitate leadership initiatives by organizing quarterly meetings, iERG and community events, staff meetings, and employee roundtables, in addition to supporting EBS and Continuous Improvement projects.
- Engage in cross-departmental collaboration.
- Possess or quickly acquire knowledge of PMO systems, electrical products, sales processes, and the organizational structure.
- Create and deliver presentations to various audiences across the company, adapting to different levels of expertise and including external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer support roles.
- Preferred knowledge of Sales Operations tools, systems, and processes, with the capability to learn product details as necessary.
- Strong curiosity, enthusiasm, credibility, creativity, customer orientation, leadership abilities, confidence, and learning agility.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations, be self-motivated, and proficient in problem-solving.
- Proficiency in the full Microsoft Suite.
