**Job Title: Patient Care Technician**
The Patient Care Technician is responsible for delivering safe and efficient dialysis treatment under the guidance of a licensed nurse. This role includes preparing the dialysis machine and monitoring patients throughout their therapy sessions. Essential duties include accurately recording treatment parameters, ensuring a sanitized environment, and aiding in patient education as well as infection control practices. Candidates are required to possess a high school diploma or G.E.D. and meet the certification criteria set by state regulations or CMS. Additionally, applicants should be capable of performing physical activities, including the ability to lift weights up to 40 lbs and stand for extended durations.
